What to Expect
A healthy neighbourhood needs a community park where residents can relax, strangers can move towards friendship, children can play outside. Holidays and special events can be celebrated together.
When to Expect
During Covid-19 DWCC met in the open Park instead of our Living Rooms. Each Tuesday night we gathered for a potluck and prayer. Well the kids started digging in to the food and then more neighbours joined us. Fire breathing machines kept us somewhat warm through the winter, strangers became friends.
The Park is open year round but we still meet every Tuesday night for games, hanging out, a bit of food, finding a good place to grow up and a good place to grow old.
Your fellow neighbours! All ages, folks from the 4 corners of the earth have landed up and down our streets. The Park is small enough to easily meet your neighbours, yet still big enough to enjoy the vibe from the edges and enter in to friendships at your pace.
