Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative (DWCC) is partnering with the City of Windsor and County of Essex to bring the Pathway to Potential program to the Bruce Park neighbourhood.
This new initiative is focused on community well-being through ground-up change led by the experience, insight, and leadership of neighbours.
About the Project
What Is Pathway to Potential?
Pathway to Potential (P2P) is a regional strategy led by local government and community partners. It supports programs and policies that help reduce poverty and promote equity in Windsor and Essex County. Learn more about the larger initiative here:
