A community-led initiative to improve the Bruce Park Neighbourhood, powered by your ideas.
Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative (DWCC) is partnering with the City of Windsor and County of Essex to bring the Pathway to Potential Neighbourhoods Program to the Bruce Park neighbourhood.
This new initiative is focused on community well-being through ground-up change led by the experience, insight, and leadership of neighbours.
About the Project
What Is Pathway to Potential?
Pathway to Potential (P2P) is a regional strategy led by local government and community partners. It supports programs and policies that help reduce poverty and promote equity in Windsor and Essex County. Learn more about the larger initiative here:

Meet your neighbours, beautify your streets and celebrate with sweet treats after we’re done. Led by John & Lori Ann on Caron Avenue, it’s sure to be a great start to the weekend.
Picnic Tuesday @ Bruce Park
Every Tuesday @ 5:00 am
Catch us every Tuesday at Bruce Park for food, fun & community. Food is served around 5:30.
Last Picnic Tuesday of the year will be Tuesday, October 7th.

Every street has that one person who makes life brighter. Maybe they share their garden veggies, shovel your sidewalk without asking, or they just always greet you with a friendly smile.
