Loving our neighbours requires us to address the lack of housing that constitutes an affront to human dignity. We are compelled to respond with empathy and compassion to the needs of unhoused people in our community. We seek to provide adequate social supports, sustainable housing, training and employment opportunities.

Unhoused neighbours in Windsor will have the opportunity to reside in a safe, supportive and affordable housing community. They will be offered the resources needed to address the physical, psychological or social conditions that foster homelessness, and to start a better future for themselves.
